Changing the Way the World Talks about Dementia.
The Remember Me Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rewriting the way the world understands dementia. Through storytelling, community connection, education, research, and meaningful support — including grants and respite care — we uplift individuals and families facing all forms of dementia, with a special passion for Frontotemporal Degeneration. We make sure every story is seen, every voice is heard, and every life is remembered.
Starting the Remember Me Foundation came from a place of deep love and reflection. What began as a way to honor cherished memories in a podcast has grown into a mission to support others, celebrate lives lived, and create a lasting impact in our community.
Co-founder Rachael Martinez, and her father Frank, who passed away from BvFTD in 2020.

We’re dreaming big for the foundation—below are the pillars we’re focused on growing.

Help us build.
We’re taking everything we learned from our caregiving journeys - and our experience creating Remember Me podcast to now build a vibrant and charitable community that honors grief, hope + and the legacies we want to remember.
