Support
Before there is healing, there is belonging.
ReLease is a place to exhale, to be witnessed with compassion, and to make room for both the heartbreak and the beauty that can exist at the same time.
Welcome to ReLease
A diagnosis changes more than one life.
It changes relationships, routines, identities, and the quiet moments no one else sees. It asks families to learn a new language while carrying emotions they've never had to hold before.
That's why we created ReLease.
Not simply as a place to talk, but as a place to arrive exactly as you are. A place where caregivers can ask honest questions, share what feels impossible to say out loud, and find comfort in the company of people walking a similar path.
Here, we believe healing begins with belonging. We believe practical guidance and emotional support belong together. And we believe no one should have to navigate neurocognitive disease alone.
Whether you're looking for an ongoing community or a deeper guided experience, there's a place for you here.
Release Circles
Closed, cohort style group that follows a 6-8 week course that are in the “same boat.”
Release Gatherings
Open, drop in, stay, come back. More traditional “support group,” more connection, more healing.
Still Workin’!
Release is almost ready.
We’ve officially entered the pilot stage of Release—gathering, listening, learning, and shaping this space with care. We’ll be opening Release to our wider community soon.
